Lydia, among many things, is an American photographer. Born and raised on the scenic waterways of the Puget Sound and enveloped by two epic mountain ranges. She is an explorer at heart, with a deep love and curiosity for the natural world.
Her photographic work fits mainly into categories of, but are not limited to; editorial, studio, environmental portraiture and commercial projects. She currently seeks to collaborate with persons or companies that take environmental and social responsibility seriously.
Her passionate focus is on the creation of an intimate capture with her subject. Through the intentional use of lighting, colors, tonal ranges and environment, her goal is to create a final image that captivates the viewer and transport them to the abstract visual narrative that the viewer writes within ones own mind.
She is currently based in Berlin, Germany with her partner; love of her life, and their myriad of happy plants.
